For the past 6 summers, Girl Power has helped female student-athletes build strength, confidence, and resilience—both on and off the field.
Designed for athletes ages 13–18, this high-energy summer training program focuses on improving overall athleticism while emphasizing injury prevention, proper mechanics, and long-term performance.
Each full week of camp runs Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, giving athletes consistent training while allowing for recovery in between sessions.
Led by John and Kari DiGiulio—who bring over 25 years of experience training high school athletes—along with their team of experienced coaches, Girl Power creates a supportive and motivating environment where athletes are challenged, encouraged, and equipped to grow.
Whether returning or joining for the first time, athletes will leave stronger, faster, and more confident.
