At DiGiulio Performance, we help athletes build the physical and mental strength needed to perform with confidence. From team programs to small groups and our signature Girl Power Camp, every athlete is challenged, encouraged and empowered to grow.

GIRL POWER SUMMER CAMP

REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!

Girl Power is a 7-week strength and conditioning camp for middle and high school female athletes ready to get stronger, move better, and grow in confidence—on and off the field. Built to empower young women, the program focuses on improving performance and injury prevention through proper technique and strength development in a structured, supportive environment.

Athletes will learn to train safely, build power, and develop the skills to compete at a higher level, all while being encouraged to trust their bodies and capabilities. More than training, it’s a space where female athletes are supported, challenged, and inspired to rise together.

Camp begins June 1, with seven flexible weeks to fit your summer schedule.
