GIRL POWER CAMP

  • Girl Power is a 7-week summer strength and conditioning camp designed specifically for female athletes looking to improve performance, build confidence, and train in a positive, high-energy environment. Athletes can sign up for individual weeks, drop in for specific days, or commit to the full 7-week experience.

    Led by experienced coaches with a passion for developing athletes, this program focuses on proper technique, strength development, speed, and overall athletic performance—all while creating a supportive and empowering community.

    Whether your athlete is preparing for an upcoming season or simply looking to stay active and get stronger, Girl Power provides the structure, coaching, and encouragement they need to grow.

    • Experienced coaching

  • Female athletes (middle school through high school) looking to improve strength and performance, reduce injury risks and build confidence in a supportive environment.

  • Full weeks run Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Daily drop-ins also available.

    • Week 1: June 1 (2 sessions)

    • Week 2: June 8 (2 sessions)

    • Week 3: June 15

    • Week 4: June 22

    • Week 5 (Pro-rated): June 29–30 ONLY

      • $40/day or $70 both days

    • Week 6: July 20

    • Week 7: July 27

  • We partner with teams and their coaches to design and facilitate high-quality strength and conditioning programs tailored specifically to the demands of each sport. Our programs are built to improve athletic performance, enhance movement quality, and reduce injury risk—supporting long- term athlete development.

  • Programs are designed for high school athletic teams and coaches who want to elevate performance through consistent, sport-specific training. It’s ideal for programs during both in-season and off-season training who are looking for structured, professional-level strength and conditioning support.

  • Athletes develop greater strength, speed, and durability through intentional training that translates directly to competition. The result is a more prepared, resilient, and high-performing team—on and off the field.

  • Personal & Group Training is a customized training experience built around individual goals and performance needs. Sessions are tailored to each client’s focus—whether that’s building strength, improving athletic performance, or enhancing overall fitness.

    Training is available in one-on-one or small group formats. Each session is structured to provide accountability, progression, and consistency in a setting that supports focused, purposeful training.

    The focus is simple: creating a training experience that supports steady and meaningful progress that can be sustained over time.

  • This program is for athletes and individuals of all skill levels who want a more focused, guided training experience. It’s ideal for those looking for consistent coaching, structure, and accountability to stay on track with their training.

    Whether you’re working toward sport-specific performance goals or simply looking to train with more intention, this option provides the support needed to stay consistent and make progress.

  • Clients build strength, confidence, and consistency through structured, intentional training. With individualized coaching and focused attention, each session helps improve movement quality, increase performance, and develop long-term training habits.

    The result is steady progress in a supportive environment—where training is challenging and gratifying and every session moves you closer to your goals.
